2- Day A Week (Session 1)

Monday & Wednesday

5:00pm – 6:00pm

Focusing on individual and team-based exercises, Elementary/Middle school players develop not only technical abilities but also their basketball IQ, leadership, and communication skills. The training caters to all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, with coaches tailoring sessions to meet each player’s needs.

2- Day A Week (Session 2)

Monday & Wednesday

6:00pm – 7:00pm

Our Middle/High School program integrates agility, conditioning, and basketball-specific fitness drills to enhance players’ endurance, speed, and strength. Each session is structured with high-energy drills, progressive challenges, and real-game situations to help players build confidence and make quick, smart decisions during play.

Upon Request

Individual or small group instruction for all ages with a New Evolution trainer. Athlete(s) will undergo intense training targeting specific skill sets. Workouts tailored to focus on overall basketball development.

ELITE EVOLUTION TRAINING

Saturdays

12:00pm – 1:00pm

Advanced high school group skills training with lead instructors, focusing on basketball IQ and replicating in-game situations. Players will compete and work on fundamental drills as well as making good reads on both sides of the ball. High energy and competitive shell drill and/or full court games.

EVOLUTION TRAINING

Saturdays

11:00am – 12:00pm

Classes offered to middle school athletes focusing on the fundamentals of basketball. Athlete’s will improve individual skill, chemistry and teamwork. Dribbling, shooting, passing and movement will teach players how to transition into a game environment.

Group training for youth

BEGINNERS CLUB

Saturdays

10:00am – 11:00am

Weekly classes offered to elementary school athletes 7-10 y/o. Our easy going approach to developing strong fundamentals and keeping classes enjoyable/competitive for the youth. Our understanding of grass-root training is what drives us forward. Working on a solid foundation helps our players gain confidence on and off the court.
